Innovation: Strategy and Management

In this session Profesor Wolcott explores innovation as a challenge for a new business design rather than simply the development of new products and technologies. He examines innovation in broad terms of processes, marketing and management, emphasizing its value in integral strategic management. This session delivers a theoretical establishment of what is innovation, with a clear focus on topics, products and systems relevant to today's managers.
