Extraordinary leadership is punctuated by reflection, leveraging one’s strengths, and learning from experience as well as one’s own story.   Professor Buck examines not only ideas, skills and tools, but also the actions of dynamic leaders.  The session will present the most effective ways to impart the knowledge gained from such experiences, which results in positive growth for the organization.

Professor Buck specializes in negotiations and organizational learning. She has consulted for many international companies including Ernst & Young, the FBI, Hewlett-Packard, HSBC Bank, Petro Canada among others.

In both 1996 and 2001 she received McGill University’s Faculty of Management award for Distinguished Professor. In 1995 she was named MBA Professor of the Year at Washington University.
